Yes, only if the order has not yet left our warehouse, please contact our customer service lovely-mate.com to cancel.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Yes we can ship to a P.O. box but please understand that the delivery time will be delayed as P.O. box shipping has to go through the post office which is generally slower.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER WITH A LARGER QUANTITY?

We welcome orders of any size, ranging from individual packages to pallets and even containers. If you’re interested in becoming a distributor,please visit our dedicated wholesale page.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

We offer same day shipping on all orders mon-sat placed before 5pm EST. Any order placed after 5pm will be shipped the following day. No delivery on weekends and holidays.

WILL MY CANNISTER COME WITH A PRESSURE NOZZLE?

Yes, every Lovelymate cylinder comes with a pressure nozzle!

Where is the pick up location?

All pick up orders must be picked up from LA warehouse and NY warehouse.Am9-10pm Mon-Fri !

How can i get products shipped?

Our only shipping option is by freight and the minimum order for freight shipping is a pallet (starting around $3240). When placing a freight order you will receive discounted pricing! transit time is 1-5 days.

Do i need to be a business to place a wholesale order?

No with our current promotions we are offering favorable pricing to the public!
